• 3+ years of experience in real estate asset management; multifamily experience preferred.
• Ideal candidates are senior analysts with 3+ years in asset management or current Associates.

Aufgaben

• Assist in detailed annual budgets, monthly/quarterly property and portfolio reporting, financial forecasts, capital plans, and variance analyses.
• Develop and maintain customized financial and operational reports supporting corporate initiatives.
• Review analyst reports for accuracy and clear communication of trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor leasing, pricing, occupancy, operating expenses, and capex across the portfolio.
• Research economic and industry trends; benchmark against competitors; provide actionable insights.
• Track capital projects and renovations; ensure alignment with scope and milestones.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts; support system enhancements and process improvements.
