Job summary

Wealthy Group of Companies LLC is seeking a Real Estate Asset Manager to direct operational and financial performance across a substantial NYC residential and mixed-use portfolio (20+ properties, 3,500+ units). This role is based in Manhattan, NY, with in-office duties and NYC property visits.

Role requires strong financial acumen, leadership, and hands-on problem-solving to coordinate across construction, leasing, accounting, and property operations to drive value and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate asset or portfolio management with multifamily assets in NYC.
• Clear understanding of property-level P&Ls, budgets and NOI metrics.
• Strong communication and leadership to present to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance across a large NYC residential/mixed-use portfolio.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, variances and lender reporting.
• Coordinate with construction, leasing, accounting, and property operations.
• Drive market strategy, leasing velocity and capital projects.
