Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience focusing on high-end residential architecture.
• Proven track record delivering luxury homes and bespoke residential projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from a recognized university.
• A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience, with a demonstrable focus on high-end residential architecture.
• Proven track record of successfully designing and delivering luxury homes and bespoke residential projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent understanding of residential building codes, construction methods, and material applications in South Africa.
• Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage expectations effectively.
• Exceptional design sensibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to East London for this on-site role.
