• Minimum 8 years of progressive architectural design experience with leadership.

• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent knowledge of building codes and construction methods.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience leading design teams and mentoring junior designers.
