Qualifications

• Professional Architect qualification (PrArch) with urban design experience.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and planning of complex urban development projects, incl. master plans and streetscape design.
• Develop architectural concepts responding to socio-economic context of East London.
• Mentor a team of architects, urban designers, and technologists.
• Engage stakeholders to build consensus and ensure project success.
• Oversee technical development and documentation for feasibility and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
