Zusammenfassung

Wellspring Family Services seeks a Senior Resident Support Specialist to join our Housing team at a Bellevue-based affordable housing complex. This on-site role combines direct resident support, senior-level team guidance, and oversight of partner services to promote housing stability.

You will address barriers, coordinate with partners, and monitor program outcomes while maintaining documentation and resident satisfaction. Strong communication and cultural competency are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Four or more years of experience in housing support, case management, community engagement, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience providing senior-level team support, program leadership, quality assurance, contract monitoring, or partner/subcontractor oversight.
• Knowledge of housing stability strategies, tenant advocacy, landlord-tenant laws, and conflict resolution.
• Experience working with individuals or families experiencing homelessness, trauma, systemic inequities, or other vulnerabilities.
• Ability to coach and support peers, interpret scopes of work, track deliverables, review program data and documentation, identify performance concerns, and communicate expectations clearly and professionally.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a consistent on-site presence and serve as a key contact for residents and service delivery needs.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop individualized action plans addressing barriers to housing stability.
• Provide crisis intervention and eviction-prevention support, including accessing rental resources.
• Educate residents about tenant rights and help resolve concerns with landlords and property management.
• Advocate for landlord mitigation strategies, including payment plans and accommodations.
• Coordinate referrals to community resources and maintain accurate case notes.
• Monitor contracted services and report on outcomes, satisfaction, and documentation.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and problem-solving support to Residential Services staff.
• Identify service gaps and opportunities to improve resident engagement and service delivery.
• Promote team practices and effective communication across the Residential Services team.
• Monitor partner contracts, oversee service delivery, and escalate issues as needed.
• Build community programs and youth initiatives to support education and social development.
