Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in Property Operations, Real Estate, or Property Management.
• Real Estate License and state permits/certifications required by state real estate commission.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; property management software experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong tenant relationship management and negotiation skills.
