This fully remote position requires strong expertise in Sabre GDS, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will provide high-touch service to luxury travel advisors and premium clients, ensuring accuracy across all bookings. Qualifications

• Proven experience in airline reservations, ticketing, or airfare consolidation.
• Strong working knowledge of Sabre GDS (Amadeus or similar also accepted).
• Experience handling complex, multi-sector international itineraries.

TARCG are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Reservation Agent to join a high-performing, luxury-focused travel team. This role is ideal for a seasoned travel professional who excels in complex air bookings, has strong Sabre GDS expertise, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch service environment.

Overview

The Role As a Senior Reservation Agent, you will manage end-to-end domestic and international travel bookings, with a strong emphasis on complex airfare construction using Sabre GDS. You will act as a trusted expert for luxury travel advisors and premium travellers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service throughout the booking lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Research, price, and construct complex domestic and international airfare itineraries using Sabre GDS
• Manage the full booking process, including ticketing, exchanges, reissues, refunds, and schedule changes
• Deliver high-touch, proactive service to luxury travel advisors and premium clients
• Troubleshoot fare rules, routing options, and irregular operations with confidence and precision
• Optimise itineraries to meet client expectations while maintaining accuracy and compliance
• Support sales initiatives by promoting luxury travel solutions and collaborating with internal teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience in airline reservations, ticketing, or airfare consolidation
• Strong working knowledge of Sabre GDS (Amadeus or similar also accepted)
• Experience handling complex, multi-sector international itineraries
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Confident, professional communication style suited to luxury clients
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Degree in Hospitality, Business, Tourism or related field desirable.
