Job summary

NYU Langone Medical Center is seeking a Senior Research Coordinator to initiate, coordinate, and manage research studies across the Medical Center. You will oversee financial and protocol development, support recruitment strategies, enrollment, grant submissions, and study coordination in alignment with Good Clinical Practices and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in business/healthcare administration.
• Minimum of four years coordinating clinical/research trials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interface with all management levels and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: manage participant recruitment and screening processes.
• Data collection and analysis: develop tools and summarize findings.
• Project management: oversee study activities across multiple projects.
• Grants: assist with grant applications and required documentation.
