Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking an Oncology Clinical Research Coordinator to actively coordinate oncology clinical trials from planning through conduct, ensuring patient safety and protocol compliance. The role partners with the PI, CTO leadership, CRNs, and DCU staff to support data quality and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years relevant clinical research experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and pre-screening activities identifying diverse patients.
• Collaborates with investigators and staff to ensure safe, compliant screening.
• Informed consent discussion under supervision.
• Follows policies and SOPs to ensure safe, compliant research conduct.
• Develops and maintains tracking forms for active trials and monitors protocol adherence.
• Provides updates to study team regarding protocol changes and workflow.
