Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, health care administration or related discipline.
• Minimum of four years of progressively responsible experience coordinating clinical/research trials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Recruitment: manage recruitment for studies; screen and schedule visits.
• Data collection and analysis: develop data tools, collect and analyze data, prepare summaries.
• Project management: oversee study activities and multiple projects.
• Grants: assist with grant applications and progress reports.
• Regulatory: ensure compliance with study regulations and IRB processes.
