Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a basic science or related field is required.
• At least three years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Preferred: Master's degree and three years in molecular biology & T cell immunology.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and perform experiments in the AICT Center.
• Process peripheral blood and isolate mononuclear cells.
• Perform lymphocyte expansion and viral transductions.
• Conduct immunofluorescent staining and flow cytometry analyses.
• Analyze flow data with FlowJo and DIVA; perform statistical analyses.
• Train junior staff and troubleshoot experimental issues.
