Job summary

Peraton is seeking a SITEC - ServiceNow Configuration Manager Senior to support the USSOCOM SITEC 3 EOM at MacDill AFB, Florida. The role centers on CMDB governance, CI population, Discovery, and Service Mapping to sustain NetOps, asset management, and compliance across the enterprise.

You will lead CMDB health metrics, align CI classes to the CSDM, collaborate with service owners, and coordinate CI baselines, changes, and deviations with the CCB.

Qualifications

• US DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• Extensive CMDB data quality experience.
• Experience with CI population, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Experience leading Change and Configuration Management and CCB activities.
• Strong documentation/reporting skills for audits, RMF/ATO, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CMDB data governance and CI lifecycle from onboarding to retirement.
• Monitor CMDB health metrics and drive data quality improvements.
• Align CI classes to the CSDM across domains.
• Model business and application services with supporting infrastructure.
• Coordinate CI population via Discovery, Service Mapping, and imports.
• Prepare CI baselines and track deviations for the CCB.
• Support Change Management with impact analysis.
• Produce CM documentation and SOPs.
• Support RMF/ATO activities with CMDB accuracy.
• Provide CI data for audits, inventory, and compliance reporting.
