Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in reporting, data analysis, or business analytics is a plus.
• Experience in client relations, customer support, or tax administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, produce, and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting for the Client Relations team.
• Prepare reports and dashboards; present findings to upper management as required.
• Collaborate with IT, Project Implementation, QA, Client Service Managers, and Clients on system enhancements and QA/UAT tasks.
