• Manage Client Implementation projects ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, workflow, and personnel of the department.
• Ensure policies and procedures comply with client requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Management & IT on system enhancements.
• Monitor and resolve client requests; document problems and actions.
