Job summary

ERMCO is seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst to build executive reporting and partner with leaders across Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Operations, IT, HR, Legal and the Chief of Staff to uncover insights. This role will work cross-functionally to gather data and develop dashboards that support important decisions.

The position is remote within AZ, FL, GA, IL, KS, MI, MA, NC, NE, SD, TN, TX, WI, and WY. Relocation assistance will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or similar).
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence building out executive level dashboards.
• 5+ years of experience in performing data analysis in Microsoft Excel using various functions.
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Power BI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated analytics solutions, dashboards, and reports to support executive decision-making.
• Define, standardize, and refine key business metrics and KPIs with functional leaders for enterprise-wide consistency.
• Drive cross-functional reporting and insights through dashboards and data visualizations for faster data-driven decisions.
• Support ad hoc reporting and analytics requests, improving scalability and self-service capabilities in Power BI.
• Develop and optimize semantic data models in Power BI, including DAX measures and relationships for accurate reporting.
• Research, acquire, and integrate external data sources to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Connect and integrate data from ERP, CRM, manufacturing systems, SQL, spreadsheets, cloud apps, and third-party sources via automated pipelines.
• Define and maintain enterprise data definitions, KPI calculations, and master data standards for reporting consistency.
• Monitor and improve data quality through governance, validation rules, and root-cause analysis.
• Participate in master data management initiatives across customers, products, suppliers, materials, COA, and other domains.
