Job summary

Fractal is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support CRDM migration from on-prem SQL Server to Snowflake, coordinating ETL, semantic models, reporting, and downstream migrations. You will bridge business stakeholders, analytics teams, and technical delivery groups to ensure asset accuracy and smooth transitions.

Responsibilities include leading data Q&A, documenting data lineage, creating inventories, and guiding UAT planning and defect tracking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing dashboards and transforming data tables.
• Experience supporting data warehouse, analytics, or cloud migration initiatives.
• Strong ability to liaison between business and technical teams and deliver strategic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve Data and BI solutions.
• Mentor and lead other Analysts; create user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain inventories of databases, mappings, data lineage, and downstream systems.
