Job summary

99 Ranch Market is seeking a Senior Replenishment Analyst to manage end-to-end inventory and replenishment across Retail Stores and Wholesale Channels. You will develop purchasing plans aligned with monthly forecasts, monitor stock, and collaborate with suppliers, DCs, stores, buyers, and marketing to optimize availability and minimize excess inventory.

Applicants should have 3+ years in replenishment or supply chain, strong Excel/SAP proficiency, and CPFR experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, business, logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in replenishment, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Proficient in Excel and SAP for data analysis and forecasting.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with CPFR and process optimization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop inventory purchasing plans aligned with monthly sales forecasts for Retail & Wholesale.
• Manage replenishment for store-level and wholesale orders, adapting strategies for demand patterns.
• Monitor sales trends to improve forecast accuracy and adjust forecasts with real-time data.
• Collaborate with buyers, customer managers, and marketing to align demand signals.
• Create inventory strategies for promotional periods and peak events across channels.
• Lead lean improvement initiatives to simplify replenishment processes.
