Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Replenishment Analyst II at our Store Support Office in Phoenix, AZ.

The role focuses on inventory management and flow of goods from vendors to our distribution centers, aiming to optimize store fill-rates, in-stock, turns, and margin. You will work with the Manager of Replenishment, Demand Planning, Category Management and vendor partners on timing and routing, manage system exceptions, and develop replenishment strategies with vendors to meet

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5+ years in produce buying.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to supervise personnel effectively.
• Confidentiality of information.
• Sense of urgency with prioritization.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to customer service.
• RELEX or similar Inventory Management tool experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manages ordering parameters to meet KPI goals (fill-rate, turn, freshness).
• Daily management of system exceptions to maximize fill-rates and freshness.
• Works with inbound logistics to develop cost-effective routes while maintaining freshness goals.
• Partners with the Demand Planner to help drive forecast accuracy.
• Clear communicator of known issues impacting KPI attainment.
• Develop replenishment strategies with vendors to meet fill-rate and inventory goals.
• Coordinate with Manager of Replenishment, Category Manager, and Planning Analysts to align with future forecasted plans.
• Drive continuous improvement ideas for systems and processes.
