Job summary

Azteca Milling LP seeks a Replenishment Manager to optimize inventory flow and forecast demand across key customers. You will drive replenishment for daily to monthly cycles, coordinate purchase orders, and partner with Sales and Logistics to maintain service levels.

Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with ERP systems are essential. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on data-driven decisions will support retail partners like Walmart and improve order

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or a related field; 3–5 years of replenishment or related roles.
Experience working with major retailers (Walmart experience strongly preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP / replenishment systems.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Manage daily, weekly, and monthly replenishment activities for assigned customers.
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on sales trends, promotions, and seasonality.
Ensure purchase orders are received daily; review routing, confirm appointments, and coordinate pickups.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams; support retail partners with order flow and data accuracy.
Analyze deductions, chargebacks, and discrepancies related to orders and logistics.
