Job summary

REVOLVE is seeking a Replenishment Analyst in Cerritos, CA to optimize inventory and forecast demand for best-selling products. You will leverage data-driven models and Excel-based analysis to drive top-line growth and improve in-stock levels.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of quantitative analytics experience, a bachelor's or master's degree, and strong collaboration skills to work with Planning and Buying teams in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of quantitative analytical experience with data-driven decision making.
• Solid experience designing and building Excel spreadsheet models.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Execute replenishment strategies to maximize sales and optimize turns.
• Monitor demand planning algorithms to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Maintain ideal inventory levels to maximize in-stock rates.
• Collaborate with Planning and Buying Teams by sharing analyses.
