Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. in Duluth, GA is seeking a Senior Rental Sales Representative to coordinate weekly and monthly rental agreements for copiers, printers, and fax equipment while building relationships with new and existing customers.

You will drive rental revenue, manage accounts, and deliver exceptional service across the rental lifecycle, including proposal development, negotiations, deliveries, and invoicing. Travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a business-related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience; industry-related sales experience preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new rental sales opportunities within an assigned geographic territory.
• Develop and present rental proposals, including pricing, logistics, and value-added services.
• Negotiate rental agreements and close sales with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries, installations, and removals.
• Collaborate with marketplace partners to educate stakeholders and drive referrals.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records in the CRM/CSR system.
• Stay informed about competitors and pricing strategies.
