Carrier is seeking an experienced Rental HVAC Service Technician III in the United States to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC systems, from large chillers to boilers, while delivering exceptional customer service on every call.

The role requires 5+ years of HVAC experience, EPA Universal Type 4 certification, and the ability to travel up to 50% with the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; EPA Type 4 certification needed.
• 3+ years hands-on HVAC experience with air- and water-cooled systems, boilers, hydronics, piping, pumps, air handlers, towers, gas heaters.
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work overtime.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment including boilers and chillers.
• Maintain accurate field service reports and logs.
• Use power and hand tools to service rental systems.
• Operate forklifts and load/unload trucks.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team.
• Assist in start-ups, teardowns, and safety adherence.
