Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an experienced Rental HVAC Service Technician to join our field service team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC systems, and deliver professional service while promoting Carrier products.

In this role, you will handle start-ups and teardowns, maintain field reports, operate equipment, and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues. A valid driver’s license, EPA certification, and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience with air- and water-cooled systems.
• EPA Type 4 - Universal Certification is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and travel up to 50% with overtime.

Responsabilités

• Independently diagnose and repair HVAC equipment in the field.
• Repair air-cooled and water-cooled systems up to 1000 tons and boilers up to 200 hp.
• Maintain accurate field service reports and timekeeping logs.
• Operate power tools and equipment to service rental systems.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and subcontractors.
• Promote Carrier products and services to customers.
• Assist in start-ups, teardowns, and system commissioning as needed.
