Job summary

Carrier is seeking an experienced Rental HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a broad range of commercial systems, from large chillers to boilers and air handlers. You will manage field reports, operate equipment, and deliver professional customer service while promoting Carrier solutions.

This role requires a High School diploma or GED; EPA Type 4 certification; 1+ year of HVAC systems experience; 3+ years in commercial HVAC; valid driver's license with forklift

Qualifications

• Requires EPA Type 4 - Universal Certification.
• 1+ year hands-on experience with HVAC systems.
• 3+ years commercial HVAC experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and forklift certification.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment and components.
• Maintain accurate field reports and timekeeping logs.
• Operate equipment vehicles and load/unload trucks.
• Provide professional customer service and promote Carrier products.
• Assist in startup, teardown, and commissioning activities.
