Skillsoft in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Director, Commercial Operations to design and own the future state of pricing, discount, and deal lifecycle, building processes and analytics in a hands-on build-then-operate role.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define systems requirements across CPQ and contract lifecycle, and apply AI to accelerate speed and productivity. The role demands 12+ years in SaaS/PaaS transformations and an MBA or advanced degree.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of strategic transformation experience in SaaS/PaaS environments.
• 2+ years leading a team and driving outcomes.
• Hands-on process & technology business experience.
• Robust knowledge of Commercial-space including deal desk, pricing, CPQ.
• Executive presentation and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess end-to-end commercial processes and design the future state, including pricing, discount, and conversion analytics.
• Define enabling systems requirements and support CPQ, approval workflows, and contract lifecycle.
• Lead pilots in live operations and refine designs based on results.
• Own and run core commercial processes as process owner and SME.
• Deliver ongoing pricing and deal data evaluations to inform decisions.
