Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from ABET/IEA or ABET MRA; 5 years engineering experience.
• Engineering degree must be from an accredited College of Engineering Program.
• Master's degree may substitute for one year of experience; equivalency reviewed by management.

Responsabilités

• Supervise department engineering work to ensure technical soundness and cost effectiveness; meet schedule and budget commitments.
• Develop plans and proposals that meet customer needs, are profitable, and manage risk.
• Monitor expenditures to ensure prudent use of company money and resources.
• Maintain a capable department; hire, supervise, evaluate, reward and develop staff.
• Provide consulting and stay connected with industry and EPRI; explore new technologies.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and ensure plant documents are maintained.
