• Lead market evaluation, greenfield development, and partnership opportunities.
• Negotiate and execute real estate, purchase, and lease agreements across project lifecycles.
• Build and maintain a robust greenfield development pipeline and identify new markets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to advance projects.
• Travel approximately 40% of the time.
