Geronimo Power, LLC in Bloomington, MN, seeks a Senior Manager of EPC Project Procurement responsible for end-to-end procurement strategy and execution for utility-scale solar, wind, and storage projects.

You will own supplier qualification, RFP processes, contract negotiation, risk allocation, and supplier performance, partnering with Development, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure cost-effective and timely project delivery.

Competenze

• 8+ years in EPC procurement or related field.
• Experience leading EPC procurement for utility-scale solar, wind, battery storage, or similar infra.
• Experience leading EPC RFPs, bid evaluations, and contractor selection.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, SCM, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree/certification preferred.
• Experience supporting utility-scale solar, wind, and storage projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Own and lead EPC procurement strategy for utility-scale projects from development to construction.
• Develop and execute contractor sourcing strategy including prequalification and bidding.
• Lead multi-year commodity procurement strategy for a scalable project pipeline (1 GW/year).
• Negotiate complex EPC contracts and manage risk allocation and milestone payments.
• Develop supplier strategies and scorecards; monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure scope, cost, and schedule alignment.
