Job summary

Geronimo Power seeks a Manager of Construction Projects to lead construction across a broad renewable energy portfolio. The role covers pre-construction planning, mobilization, and handoff to Operations, with accountability for budget, bidding, contracting, schedule, quality, safety, and controls.

Responsibilities include cross-functional coordination with Development, Engineering, and Finance, plus day-to-day oversight of site teams. Travel is 30-40% as projects require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in construction, engineering, or project delivery with utility-scale renewable energy exposure.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and field execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction execution across utility-scale renewable energy projects from pre-construction to operation.
• Own budgets, bid processes, contracting strategy, schedules, forecasts, and field execution Oversight.
• Collaborate with Development, Environmental & Permitting, Meteorology, Property, Engineering, Transmission Interconnection, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Manage relationships with contractors, engineers, and partners.
• Ensure design standards, construction criteria, documentation, and quality-control expectations are met.
• Oversee quality, compliance, testing records, and turnover packages.
