Geronimo Power is seeking a Late-Stage Development Intern in Bloomington, MN to support utility-scale renewable energy projects through final development stages toward construction. You will work with project managers and cross-functional teams to gain exposure to governance, reporting, risk management, and process improvements.

The role provides hands-on experience in project execution, dashboards, and stakeholder coordination, with mentorship and professional development opportunities.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong organization to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain executive reporting materials, dashboards, and board updates.
• Maintain risk registers and prepare risk summaries for leadership.
• Track stage gate deliverables and documentation for gate reviews.
• Compile project schedule, budget, and milestones from multiple teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional action items to ensure timely delivery.
• Support document management, approvals, and key agreements.
• Assist with lessons learned and process improvements.
• Develop team procedures, templates, and training materials.
• Prepare for stakeholder meetings with agendas and notes.
