Job summary

Cloudbreak Energy Partners in Boulder, CO seeks a Senior Project Developer to lead renewable energy projects from site control to NTP and construction, coordinating with utilities and contractors.

The role requires 5+ years in large-scale energy project management, exceptional communication, organization, and problem solving. Includes a full-time salary with commissions, 401(k), health benefits, parental leave, and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in project management and/or construction management of large‑scale energy projects or programs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to forecast timelines and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle permitting of projects and present to permitting authorities.
• Coordinate permitting research, title work, and planning & zoning challenges.
• Function as primary liaison with utilities for awarded projects.
• Manage interconnection process including forecast, analysis, and submission materials.
• Assist with bid materials for RFPs and prepare design reports.
• Manage third-party contractors and project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead site owner relationships from site control to exit from equity position.
