Job summary

Cloudbreak Energy Partners in Boulder, CO is seeking a Project Developer for Renewable Energy Project Development on a full-time basis. This role leads permitting, interconnection, and project development from concept to project exit, coordinating with utilities, contractors, and local authorities.

You will manage multiple projects, forecast timelines, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. The position offers a competitive base salary of $115,000 plus commission incentives, 401(k),

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle permitting of projects with presentations to authorities.
• Perform permitting research, title work, and manage planning and zoning challenges.
• Serve as primary liaison with utilities for awarded projects.
• Manage interconnection process including forecasting and materials submission.
• Assist with bid materials for applicable RFPs.
• Prepare site designs and engineering reports, internal or via contractors.
• Oversee third-party contractor relationships for scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead site owner relationships from control to equity exit.
