Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in renewable energy or a relevant field.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% of the time.
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage wind, solar, and energy storage projects in the Southwestern United States.
• Lead development activities through early, mid, and late stages.
• Secure site control via leases, easements, and landowner agreements.
• Coordinate landowner communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee interconnection activities and project budgeting.
