Jobgether and its partner are seeking a Renewable Energy Senior Finance Attorney for a fully remote role across the United States. You will lead complex debt and tax equity financing transactions, including tax credit transfers, from term sheets through execution of final documents.

You will mentor junior attorneys, coordinate with clients and external professionals, and contribute your project and portfolio M&A expertise within a distributed legal team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of law firm experience serving clients in renewable energy or related industries.
• Extensive experience with debt and tax equity project financing, including construction and permanent debt, back-leverage, HoldCo and corporate financing, and tax credit transfers.
• Demonstrated ability to act as lead counsel on sophisticated financing transactions with minimal supervision.
• Strong foundation in corporate law; experience leading project and portfolio M&A transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills under pressure and deadlines.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with mentorship of junior attorneys.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex renewable energy financing transactions as senior attorney with minimal oversight.
• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate financing documents from term sheets to definitive agreements and ancillary documents.
• Advise on financing structures: construction and permanent debt, back-leverage, HoldCo, corporate financing, tax equity, and tax credit transfers.
• Coordinate with clients, colleagues, and external professionals to manage matters and support outcomes.
• Oversee and mentor attorney teams through complex transactions.
• Manage multiple matters with strong organization and deadlines.
• Follow firm policies and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
