Qualifications

• 8+ years of law firm experience in renewable energy.
• Expertise in debt and tax equity project financings.
• Lead complex financing transactions with minimal oversight.
• Strong drafting, negotiating, analytical and communication skills.
• Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate remotely.
• Bar admission in good standing in the relevant state.

Responsibilities

• Lead attorney on complex renewables financings, drafting and negotiating term sheets and transaction documents.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues on finance matters.
• Adhere to firm policies and priorities.
• Perform other duties as requested by Firm management.
