Job summary

Undisclosed is seeking a senior attorney to lead complex renewable energy financing transactions in a fully remote capacity. You will own the process from term sheets to final agreements, drafting and negotiating debt, tax equity, and tax credit transfers while guiding junior attorneys and coordinating with clients and colleagues across engaged projects.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of law firm experience in renewable energy or related industries.
• Extensive experience with debt and tax equity project financing.
• Licensed to practice law in the United States and able to work remotely from wherever licensed.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex renewable energy financing transactions as senior attorney with minimal oversight.
• Take ownership from term sheets through negotiation and execution of final agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate financing documentation, including debt, tax equity, and tax credit transfers.
• Coordinate with clients and colleagues, and mentor junior attorneys on complex matters.
