Takkion is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to independently review, analyze, negotiate, and administer a broad set of commercial agreements across renewable energy infrastructure. You will advise project teams on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation, ensuring alignment with company risk tolerance and objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in contract administration, with strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in contract administration or related roles.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and construction-related contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract interpretation, risk allocation, and contract lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Independently review, analyze, draft, negotiate, and administer a variety of commercial agreements (MSAs, EPC, subcontract, supplier, consulting, confidentiality, and project-specific contracts).
• Evaluate terms to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Develop negotiation positions and recommend contract language modifications.
• Lead contract negotiations with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Interpret provisions and advise stakeholders on rights, obligations, and remedies.
• Analyze indemnification, liability, warranties, liquidated damages, and payment terms.
• Identify risks impacting profitability and propose mitigations.
• Ensure flow-down of obligations to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support business units balancing opportunities with risk exposure.
• Assist in resolving disputes, claims, and commercial issues.
