TAKKION is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to oversee independent review, negotiation, administration, and interpretation of contracts supporting renewable energy, BESS, transmission, substation, wind, and related projects. You will serve as a key commercial advisor to project teams, evaluating risks, negotiating terms, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

The role requires independent judgment, developing risk mitigation strategies, and escalating legal or financial concerns

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of contract experience.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial and construction contracts.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CLM systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review, draft, negotiate, and administer MSAs, EPCs, and subcontract agreements.
• Identify risks and mitigate through negotiation strategies.
• Lead negotiations with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Support project teams with change orders and contract requirements.
• Maintain contract records and monitor milestones.
