Job summary

LevelTen Energy is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to lead contract review and negotiation for SaaS and professional services. You will interface with sales, finance, and operations to address issues during negotiations and performance under executed contracts.

Reporting to the Vice President of Legal & Regulatory Affairs, you will scale contracting and compliance processes with a North American focus, collaborating across the US and Europe-based teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract negotiation/management in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of U.S. commercial contracting principles.
• Experience reviewing diverse commercial agreements independently.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools and common software.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial contracts for SaaS and services.
• Ensure provisions comply with legal requirements and company policies; mitigate risk.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, cybersecurity, and operations.
• Track contract requirements and maintain proper recordkeeping and transparency.
• Monitor performance of third-party transactions and support regulatory activities.
