Job summary

TAKKION is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator, Renewable Energy to review, negotiate, and administer complex contracts for utility-scale projects including solar, storage, transmission, and related infrastructure. The role serves as a key commercial advisor to Project Management, Operations, Procurement, and Leadership, evaluating risks and guiding negotiation strategies.

The successful candidate will have at least five years in contract administration, strong analytical and negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Professional Studies, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in contract administration, contract management, procurement, or related roles.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and construction-related contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract interpretation, risk allocation, contract compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with renewable energy, utility-scale projects, or related infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently review, analyze, draft, negotiate, and administer MSAs, EPCs, subcontract agreements, supplier agreements, and project contracts.
• Evaluate terms to identify commercial, financial, operational, and legal risks and recommend mitigation.
• Lead negotiations with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers within authority.
• Interpret provisions and advise on rights, obligations, and remedies.
• Support project teams with notices, change orders, schedule impacts, and compliance.
