Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10+ years of cost estimating, budgeting, and financial analysis experience in energy (oil & gas or renewables).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or business.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering specifications, Basis of Design, BOQ and contracts.

Aufgaben

• Provide ROM, Conceptual, and Detailed estimates for solar, wind, and battery storage projects.
• Prepare cost estimates covering materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Maintain Basis of Estimate (BOE) for each project and cost benchmarking database.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, development, O&M and procurement teams to validate assumptions and optimize costs.
• Support Change Management requests and cost impact analyses.
• Maintain compliance with company guidelines and develop in-house estimating tools and templates.
• Assist in project stage-gate processes and maintain historical cost databases.
