Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer. Repsol does not offer sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible project management experience in energy, infrastructure, construction, or related industry.
• Proven track record managing utility-scale wind, solar, and/or battery storage projects.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, constructability reviews, risk management, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership across the project lifecycle from late-stage development through turnover to Asset Management.
• Lead utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects with cross-functional teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Manage EPC contractor performance, including milestones, change control, and contract administration.
• Own project scheduling, baseline development, critical path analysis, and schedule recovery planning.
• Coordinate budgets, cost forecasting, and cash flow with project controls and finance.
• Prepare executive-level status reports, highlight key risks, and present mitigation plans.
