CD PROJEKT RED in Columbus, OH is looking for a Senior Rendering Engineer to join the team behind Cyberpunk 2. You’ll develop rendering solutions and optimizations using Unreal Engine 5 to empower designers and artists to deliver a vivid open-world experience.

You’ll maintain and optimize graphics systems, collaborate with engineers and content teams, and push runtime performance on CPU/GPU. Strong C++, Unreal Engine 5 expertise, and a passion for cutting-edge rendering are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience.
• Experience on AAA console titles with Unreal Engine.
• Fluent in C++ with graphics programming focus.
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 or in-house engine.
• Strong knowledge of rendering techniques and CPU/GPU architecture.
• Multithreaded programming experience.
• Experience with low-level graphics APIs (DirectX12, Vulkan).
• Experience with graphics debugging tools (RenderDoc, Pix).
• Ability to profile and optimize runtime performance.
• Strong communication, ownership, and proactive teamwork.
