Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience; or a master’s degree with at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Own full life cycle recruiting—from sourcing to offers and negotiations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and ensure timely hires.
• Pre-screen candidates for fit using behavioral and competency-based interviews.
• Prepare salary offers with compensation and HRBP.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and legal requirements.
• Record progress in the applicant tracking system and track metrics.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR to meet business needs.
