Cardinal Health is seeking a Supply Chain Product Manager to architect and manage the multi-year Supply Chain Technology Roadmap, driving optimization of working capital and customer experience.

You will lead cross-functional teams to translate complex supply chain challenges into scalable technology solutions, develop business cases, and monitor KPIs/OKRs to ensure value realization across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, Supply Chain or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience building product strategies, roadmaps and business cases for enterprise tech solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with ROI-based recommendations for investments.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and executives.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive initiatives with limited direction.
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes and system integrations (IMS, WMS, TMS).
• Proven SME in Supply Chain technology, partnering across teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic link between business and technology, translating challenges into scalable solutions.
• Lead product discovery through stakeholder interviews, data analysis and process mapping.
• Develop multi-year product and tech roadmaps aligned with priorities.
• Build data-driven business cases with quantified financial impact.
• Lead multiple initiatives with minimal direction and resolve obstacles.
• Define scope, success metrics, dependencies, and risks for initiatives.
• Influence leadership with evidence-based recommendations and storytelling.
• Establish and monitor product metrics and OKRs to drive value realization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Distribution, Inventory, Finance, Data & Analytics and Tech teams to deliver solutions.
