Sophie Society is a fast-growing performance marketing company helping brands scale through Amazon PPC and paid advertising. We’re hiring a Senior Short-Form Content Strategist & Producer to turn our extensive library of raw footage into high-performing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

You’ll own the content pipeline, develop hooks and formats, edit at scale, and collaborate with leadership and the performance marketing team to test and iterate on concepts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of creating short-form content that performed.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Excellent hooks, pacing, storytelling, and retention instincts.
• Ability to work quickly and produce high volume without sacrificing quality.
• Comfort with concept ideation and editing final content.

Responsibilities

• Turn raw footage into ~5 short-form videos per day.
• Develop content ideas, hooks, formats, and angles based on top performers.
• Edit and package content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Study successful creators and formats and apply learnings.
• Use AI tools to speed up research, ideation, and production.
• Track performance and identify winning concepts for paid ads testing.
