Job summary

Owner.com is seeking a Senior Short Form Content Manager in San Francisco to lead strategy and execution across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and emerging platforms. You will connect creative ideas with production teams to deliver high-volume, high-quality content that scales our brand reach.

You have proven success growing short-form content across platforms, strong design sense, and hands-on editing with Premiere Pro, CapCut, and After Effects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing short-form content across multiple platforms.
• Strong design sense for graphics and typography.
• Hands-on editing with modern video tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects).
• Deep understanding of platform-native storytelling formats and best practices.
• Curiosity around AI-driven tools and new media workflows.
• Fluent spreadsheet/analytics for performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the short-form content strategy and oversee execution across all key platforms.
• Pioneer and scale new formats and capacity for written, graphic, and video posts on shorts platforms.
• Hire, manage, and develop producers, editors, and strategists for each platform.
• Maintain a culture of experimentation and high-quality output.
• Gather and use data to inform creative direction and iterate formats.
• Help shape how millions experience Owner’s brand and voice online.
