Job summary

Mark Moss Media is seeking a Content Producer & Strategist to own end-to-end short-form content creation for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. This on-site role is based in Orange County, California, with daily studio work to capture, edit, and publish high-impact content that educates and goes viral.

You will work with the Head of Content to ideate, edit, design, publish, and optimize content while maintaining brand consistency and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Knows short-form content inside and out, what works and what doesn’t.
• Proven track record growing social accounts with high-performance content.
• Strategic and system-minded, able to build repeatable processes.
• Design perfectionist with attention to typography, graphics, and brand consistency.
• Proficient video editing with industry-standard tools.
• 4+ years creating high-performance social media content.
• Bonus: comfortable using AI tools to speed up production.

Responsibilities

• Produce 2–3 short-form videos and/or graphics daily for Mark’s channels.
• Edit raw footage into scroll-stopping clips for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Design sharp, on-brand visuals for carousels, infographics, and text posts.
• Track performance, run quick analyses, and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Stay plugged into platform trends and apply them to Mark’s voice.
• Maintain clean, documented systems in Notion and Google Drive.
• Contribute 15–30 fresh content ideas weekly to the idea bank.
