Bright Vision Technologies is a technology consulting and software company delivering cloud, AI, data, and enterprise solutions across the United States. We seek a skilled ServiceNow Application Developer to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.

You will focus on hands-on configuration and development—workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions—while aiming for upgrade-safe, performant code.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong JavaScript skills with ES5/ES6.
Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
Experience with Service Portal widget development.
ServiceNow CSA credential.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps.
Hands-on configuration and development: workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, platform extensions.
Write clean, upgrade-safe, maintainable code that survives upgrades and team turnover.
Balance declarative and programmatic approaches for scalable solutions.
